Mr Guma was very knowledgeable about the market and came well prepared when we first met. I appreciated the comps that were brought were actually from my neighborhood and not surrounding neighborhoods with homes that were totally different. This was a very emotional sale for me. It was very difficult. But he handled not only the sale but was very compassionate and understanding in what I was feeling and going through. Even sitting at the settlement table he understood. I recommended him to my neighbor and it looked kind of funny because we both had the signs up with Mr Guma's face on them right next door to each other. Both homes sold. Mine sold before it was even actually released on the market and my neighbor's home sold within about 10 days. Mr. Guma is a keeper!
