Denice Williams quickly identified our requirements, our budget, our concerns. She didn't waste our time sending us properties that didn't meet that list. She was always available to answer questions. She was unflappable during the negotiation process. She had a broad network of people available to answer questions and provide inspections. She is patient, has a great sense of humor and knows how to ease the tensions during the buying process. We were buying from out of the area, so Denice's knowledge of the area was a fantastic value add. She also, made sure to point out interesting places in the community, community events and features. Buying a house/property is stressful. There are legalities, requlations, codes, setbacks, easements, water rights, etc, etc., etc. Denice Williams either knew the answer or she did the work to find out. Denice Williams just has a way of smoothing out the bumps and rough corners of the process. We felt like Denice was always in our corner. This was not our first home pruchase or sale. We had two other real estate agents work with us prior to Denice Williams. We met several other agents as we toured properties. It was our lucky day, when I went to an open house just on a whim as I was driving by Newcastle and met Denice. Denice is truly an unique asset to this industry.
