From the first moment we met long distance over the phone, to the day her smiling face handed me the keys to my forever home, Dena has given 110% of herself. During the initial house hunt she truly got to know what my specific personal wants and desires in a home were. So much so that, because of the distance, I would've been comfortable having her bid sight unseen. Once we decided on this home, which I would've passed over due to the poor online photos, but which Dena strongly felt was a great fit, we began what I though would be a knuckle biting negotiation process. Dena displayed a quiet but firm confidence, which resulted in my now being in a desirable neighborhood in the historical district, for a low low price. I couldn't be happier and I couldn't recommend Dena more highly. She's an awesome person and everything you hope for in a Realtor ! Thank you Dena !!

She spent hours with us reviewing every detail of our contracts, and if she didnt know something she immediately found out the answers.
