I recently had the pleasure of working with Demetria on the sale of my home and I am so thankful for her expertise. She has exceptional knowledge of the market, is very professional and always looking out for her clients best interest. I experienced a couple of hiccups in the process due to buyer issues, but Demi was always looking out for my interest and knew exactly how to navigate the problems. If you want an experienced, competent, and professional agent advocating for you and helping ensure you get the best outcome - Call Demetria!

I hired Hive Real Estate to get my house sold in Los Prados and had used Demi and Ren beforehand as property managers. Since they had done such a wonderful job, it wasn’t even a second thought to hire them to sell my home. They were right on top of everything! Being a former real estate broker, I could be quite nit-picky and I can tell you…these two blew it out of the park!! The photos were top notch, they showed the home with the highest regard to highlighting all the features of the home and community, they were very respectful to others and negotiated extremely well to get me top dollar! These two women are a force to be reckoned with and I’m beyond thrilled I hired them to sell my home. Well done, ladies! You two are phenomenal!! I’d hire you again in a heartbeat!

Best team ever this is the second home I biuy with Dimitrea and her team and it’s been a smooth sale always available for phone calls very professional definitely recommend if I could give more than five stars I would plus the owner is really nice would help you personally thank you guys for helping me with my dream home

Demi worked with me on getting the house ready for sale including having a professional photographer come through and take pictures. She understood what I was looking to get out of the sale and in the end actually got me a price much higher than what I had originally expected to get. Very happy with the experience.
