Delores was incredible!

We were looking to move to Surprise, AZ, from WA State. We made four separate trips to the area over the course of a year (once each season). We met Delores during our second visit, and she turned out to be extremely helpful, intuitive, knowledgeable, patient and easy to communicate with. She has a very warm and caring personality and, knowing we had to sell our WA house before we could commit, she continued to send us availability information on the models that fit our needs. This helped us be very sure of our final decision, and expedited the purchase and closing process. We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Delores Peddle!
