Delores is very knowledgeable of the current housing market. She does her research before any conversations to be able to answer questions with professionalism. But she was not afraid to ask a question of a colleague when needed. She could tell me the high and low of where the house should be priced with the examples of current sales but listened to me after telling her suggestion. I didn’t want to have to drop the house price but also not too low, and it sold quickly so I was happy. She was on the ball with marketing and open houses.Delores’ ads were great with catchy tunes.
