For those who have felt "Stuck" with their Hartsel Ranch vacant land properties, contacting Delores is your best bet on getting a legitimate price for your property. For years we have been getting dozens of offers for our property ranging from $1,000 to $7,500, to which was easy to reject being se spent at least twice the highest offer. We received a postcard from Delores asking that, if we were interested in selling our land, we should give her a call because she is a local Agent with knowledge in selling Hartsel properties. so I gave her a call and, after a few minutes of discussion, I could tell she had a working knowledge of the market there in Colorado and in this area specifically. So she assessed the land's value and we signed all the Agent Docs and she immediately went out to the property, took a number of pictures, accurately displaying the location, and put it on the MLS as soon as she returned to her office. WHAT A SUPRISE! I have been a Real Estate Agent twice in my 66 years and it is very rare to have this type of immediate response. She even called me to let me know what she had done and emailed me the link for the property to see what she had said and done on the MLS! A-mazing! She warned me about the possibility of selling the property during this downturn in the economy but I didn't mind, as long as I could at least get my investment dollars back. Just barely 3 months later, we had an interested party who chose another Agent who didn't respond, so he called my Agent, got immediate response, and asked for a small reduction in price, to which we said yes. He was from out of state and had limited electronic access so signing Docs took a little bit longer on his part to accomplish, but through it all, and a few days worth of extending the COE date, Delores' patience and guidance got the deal closed and we got paid!
