I enjoy meeting people and helping them with their real estate needs, whether it be selling their property or finding the perfect property for a buyer and working with them to a successful closing. Since the first of the year, I've listed seven parcels of vacant land, four have sold, three are under contract and I sold a home on 20 acres of land to a couple looking for a place to retire in peace and quiet. Three of the land listings were from Sellers to whom I sold them their properties in years past. Helping previous clients with listing their properties when their life circumstances have changed, or selling them another property, is the most rewarding part of being a Realtor, knowing that I served them well enough previously that they asked me to help them again. That is the highest compliment I could ask for. Making people happy is my goal.

Best Realtor Ever!!

Delores is the best, her knowledge of the property the area etc… and her expertise getting the help we needed to sell the property was impeccable. Delores guided us the whole way through. We live in Pennsylvania and could not get out to Colorado without her help we could have never gotten this done!

I called Delores based on previous reviews. They were spot on!!! Delores knows the Park County market well! She was great to work with & talk to. We were able to sell our land quickly & for competitive comp pricing...unlike the scam lowball offers we have had over the years. Delores made the entire process seamless & hassle free. We couldn't have experienced that without her!
