I know a few realtors but I chose Brandon because we share an interest investing. I always choose to work with people who practice what they preach and I’m so glad I chose him. He helped me find a nice condo that would cash flow if I decide to rent out the property. Finding a cash flowing property in this market and near a downtown location in Socal is NOT easy so I am thankful for his skills as a realtor. My house search lasted about a year and was mostly with Brandon who was absolutely the best. I was very picky and I would sometimes send him 5 or more houses a day that I wanted to walkthrough. I'd say we looked at maybe 50 or more houses and he always had useful information to share about each. My goal was to rent out an ADU to help pay for the mortgage and he is somewhat familiar with rent laws because he is a landlord himself. So now here am writing this review in my new home with an ADU. Brandon negotiated $15,000 off my offering price which saved me big time. He did so well that I'm suggesting The Barba Group to people at my work. If I had to some up the review in a few words I would say, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thanks guys!
