As a first time home buyer, we needed a seasoned realtor that knew how to handle first time home buyer inexperienced. Delia was perfect for us. It took us a year (9 offers) to find a place and Delia never gave up or lose hope. She provided solid advice along they way and put any doubts to rest as we went through the process. She was also great at negotiations as the seller met all our demands in the end. I am definitely sticking with Delia when we move again.
