We decided to check out the real estate market in Berkeley Hall, where we were currently living, and called the Delchers about a listed home. We chose the Delchers because of their fine reputation in the real estate market in our area. However, that particular home did not turn out to be the home for us. They made a lovely brochure featuring the various rooms and amenities of our home. A number of agents showed our home, and within a short time we had an offer. Linda also was very helpful in guiding us through the closing process, the property inspections, and finding us a move manager who also found us a mover. We really don't know how the buying and selling process with Duke and Linda could be any better. Their delightful, calm demeanor throughout helped soothe the stress that moving creates. Excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. First they knew what we wanted and found the perfect home which we bought after one viewing. I let them guide me on what to list my house for based on their due diligence with the comps in our area. They marketed my home quickly and exceptionally. Also, a little less attentive after the close but overall we are very happy with our new home and the the job they did to get us here.
