Deirdre is who you want in your corner when purchasing a home. She will go the extra mile and then some to make sure all is well throughout the process of purchasing a home. Even with how tight the market is currently we were still able to negotiate a fair price on the home we purchased. Deirdre even got a few extras tossed into the deal.

We have asked Deirdre Serrani to be our Real Estate agent on multiple properties over the years. We will continue to ask her to represent us in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field. We need her expertise because we are not. there is only one word to say she is the one ! I ben working with here for the last 2 years and she never let me down she is the person that well go over and begin for here customers either buying or selling , last but least she is great person to work with and very professional .

I found Deirdre on our neighborhood FB group and chose her because her posts and advice about the local real estate market and our neighborhood specifically showed me she would be a great advocate selling our home and making buyers understand what prime real estate it was with the amenities and schools. She definitely did NOT steer me wrong. We were casually looking but were in no rush at all unless something came along that checked all the boxes. My husband and I both work and don't have a lot of spare time. Deirdre really listened to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at houses that didn't fit all our needs. Rather than trying to convince us to settle for less, she helped us find our "forever home." She is amazing! We did a simultaneous closing, both selling and buying in the same day and she made the transactions seem effortless. She managed all parties involved and stayed on top of them to keep things moving. She was readily available to answer any of our questions no matter what day or time to put our minds at ease. When dealing with difficult sellers, she fought for us and got us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Deirdre to anyone!!! This is our third home purchase and by far the best experience yet! Wish I had found her sooner.

I was very happy with Deirdre's service. She was very knowledgeable and eager to give guidance throughout the home buying experience. She also paid participated when we went to inspect the house. During the inspection, she pointed out several issues with the appliances and roof that she believed we could have the seller fix prior to the sale. She was right, they fixed everything she pointed out, which saved me time and money by not having to fix or replace these items myself!
