We're fairly new to the area and Deidre helped us through numerous hurdles and bumps in the road. The house/property is unique and we had so many questions about it (being waterfront) that she was able to answer. She was able to find experts to get us estimates on the upgrades/repairs that we wanted/needed. Without her experience, we most likely would have given up. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't have been able to do it without her.
