To me first and foremost is the fact that she has a moral compass. It is important that I deal with somebody that has some type of grounding and guidance they look to in their life. She is a strong believer, like myself which is important to me . Working with one who is like-minded certainly makes the journey much easier. Plus she likes Taco Bell.
