We had listed this home on several other occasions only to end up putting it back onto the rental market. Our property was unique and had some challenges, but Dee was so in tune to the feedback we were getting from prospective buyers and people that came to the open houses that were held. She had a true understanding of the market and helped us to adjust our pricing accordingly. Dee was involved in the process every step of the way and was more than helpful.
