I am not normally a "5 star" rating reviewer... But Dee has lived in the area and knows it well. Her experience helped us along the way of not only the process of selling, but our prepping the house the weeks before the listing was active. Dee's responses were immediate, and she kept tight contact with the sellers agent to make sure we knew what was going on. It is hard to go into selling a property that you have sunk some of your heart and soul into over two decades, but we are glad we trusted Dee to determine our pricing (we were way too high in our heads). Ultimately the timing and the negotiations that followed assured us that her recommendations were spot-on!
