My husband and I wanted to begin our process 2 years ago, so the hunt for a realtor began. We came in contact with many other realtors but we didn’t feel a connection. I spoke with a good friend of mine and she suggested Dee, she had nothing but good things to say about her. We gave Dee a call and instantly we. liked her, she took the time to explain the entire home buying process, gave us examples from her experience, informed us about potential cost, and she had a local lender she works closely with. After speaking with Dee we knew we weren’t quite prepared. We took our time to get ready, but to our surprise she stayed in contact with us the entire time!! Once we were ready we gave her a call , she got us in contact with Cheryl Brown with UHM and things went quickly from there. We saw several homes that Dee went through with us with a fine eye. She put our offers in quickly, spoke with the sellers agents if need be, and always kept us informed. Once we found our dream home she made sure she went above and beyond to get us the best deal. She made sure things were handled correctly so that we didn’t get screwed, went through the home with us several times so that we didn’t miss anything. She gave recommendations on what we will need done in the home, her husband even helped as well. We were able to purchase our dream home and did it stress free thanks to Dee and all of her help.
