WOW! What a job Dee Keating just did for us. She is a real estate rock star!! We bought our home “sight unseen” all the way from California after finding Dee on-line because of her great reviews from clients. Among so many other things, Dee flew in a Cessna twice to an Island we knew nothing about to preview our prospective home and then face-timed a two-hour tour of the entire house and property so we could see every little corner and crevice. Then, during the buying process, Dee herself caught a big discrepancy in the property’s easement access that had the potential to become a disaster for us after the fact. However, with Dee’s help we were able to rectify the entire matter prior to purchase, and all at the other guy’s expense. Throughout, Dee watched every detail of our transaction like a hawk, catching every little discrepancy, and keeping us regularly posted on everything during our four month process. Dee really worked hard to ensure we obtained the right house at a great price, and we got both. There were so many other special things Dee did along the way, but it would simply take too long to list them all here. Compared to other real estate agents we’ve worked with, Dee upstaged them all. In short, Dee’s a natural born real estate agent. I give her huge props, and recommend her to anyone wanting a hardworking, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent on their side. I am not normally a "5 star" rating reviewer... But Dee has lived in the area and knows it well. Her experience helped us along the way of not only the process of selling, but our prepping the house the weeks before the listing was active. Dee's responses were immediate, and she kept tight contact with the sellers agent to make sure we knew what was going on. It is hard to go into selling a property that you have sunk some of your heart and soul into over two decades, but we are glad we trusted Dee to determine our pricing (we were way too high in our heads). Ultimately the timing and the negotiations that followed assured us that her recommendations were spot-on!
