"SHE IS" at all times very KNOWLEDGEABLE, DRIVING, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and above all ETHICAL. Having Dee Dallas as my agent was one of the most memorable and rewarding experiences of my life. Ms. Dallas is a pleasant, honest and hard working woman. She worked effortlessly night and day to help me in my quest to become a first time home owner. She's very keen on detail and was always working to make sure that I was happy. Dee will go out of her way to make sure your dreams become reality. I am so pleased that I had the chance to work with her. If I could redo, Dee Dallas would still be my first choice. It's now been one whole year since I've been in my new home, and Ms. Dallas still calls and checks to make sure all is going well. Dee was AWESOME!! Even when I wasn’t ready she still stayed in touch, even if it was just a regular check in or a Christmas card. Very knowledgeable and if a place was not good she will tell you “noo don’t see that place I thought it was nice too until I walked in lol”. Having an honest realtor is sooo important! After a few previous disappointing attempts at buying a home, I almost tossed this advert but something told me to hold on to it. Weeks later on a whim, I fished it out of my junk drawer and gave her a call. From our first conversation, I just felt like this time was going to be a success. DeAndrea made me feel comfortable and assured me that she was going to assist me through the entire process - and she did. From her expert advice on the properties we viewed through just providing emotional support aka listening to me vent during the mortgage approval process, she was THERE for me and that was so appreciated. This was my first solo mortgage journey and there were some ups and downs but DeAndrea kept me motivated and encouraged and INFORMED all the way. We did it - I closed on a beautiful, amazing property that is like a dream come true, and I absolutely could not have done it without her as my agent, guide and friend. Dee was a delight to have as an agent. She knew exactly what my house was worth. Dee was responsive during the entire selling process and has been available to answer questions since the sale. I would use her services again if I am selling a home.
My husband and I loved our experience with our agent Ms. DeAndrea Dallas. She is the best at what she does. I would/will recommend her to any one that is in need of a housing agent. At first we went with Michigan First (recommended by my husband's sister) and their agent was cold, very business style, didn't seem to have our best interest at heart and my husband felt that there were info that the agent didn't disclose to us so we didn't want to continue on with him. While stopping in to view a house, Ms. Dallas was there and my husband spoke w/her and we just clicked. She was very personable, we felt comfortable talking with her, she was very knowledgeable, we loved her spirit. She was there for us all the way, always responding to my calls, answering all questions to the best of her ability. What ever we need she was on it. We got our home because the owners liked her personality better than the rest. We are so very greatful for Ms. Dallas. We found a true friend. To us she's "Dee". We feel she was a blessing to us.

Very Pleasant she did go out of her way to help us difficult hours. We would recommend her to anyone who needs to look for a house or sell a house. She kept us focused and on track if any problems came about she was always there to help us. She was more than just a realtor should we came in friend.
