Since moving to the Rogue Valley from Portland in 1982 I have watched the phenomenal growth of this unique area of Oregon. Having grown up in the Willamette Valley I fell in love with the warmer and drier climate for one. I have had the privilege of living in Eagle Point, Medford's East-side Historic District, rural SW Medford, rural Jacksonville, and back to Eagle Point over the past 29 years. My personal and professional experience with rural and city residential, investment properties, and land development has served me well.
