Some things that stood out for me were 1) very thorough, crisp and quick in communication 2) listened to my needs and understood my particular situation before recommending homes 3) very accommodating with schedule and went out of her way to take care of me (even when i was out of town, she did a walk by of the house after closing) 4) understands the process (including the new changes in laws) very well and ensures there are no loose ends 5) very knowledgeable of this whole area 6) even helped me in dealing with some personal home items with the sellers and while the sellers messed up in leaving the stuff promised, she took care of me very well (even though technically this is out of her job scope) 7) very pleasant and easy to work with and made me feel very much at east , never hurrying me into decisions, instead asking me to think about it better when i wanted to put a super aggressive offer. Overall highly satisfied and would recommend her to anyone looking for home here in portland area. Great professional and an even better person.

Deb Wostmann is hands down the most professional, hard-working agent we've encountered.
