Where do I begin? Debra West and her team are just amazing. My husband was deployed throughout the entire selling process until closing so I needed to find someone who could really help me through this daunting task that is selling a home. That was Debra West. I didn't just open google and close my eyes and point. I did research, talked to multiple realtors before making my decision. She gave me some things to fix before listing and even gave me her contact to do it so I knew he could be trusted. After fixing some things and painting we were ready to list. And a week later our house was SOLD and just a bit under ask price. SOLD! In a week!! Now for most people that would be great and it was but my husband was still deployed and I couldn't move until he got back. Debra was able to get the buyers to have an extended escrow time to give my husband time to get home, relax for a few weeks and then close and move. That was such a blessing. This was our first time selling a home, our home, the home we brought our children home to. A very emotional process and she made it so easy. So now, the closing date is approaching and this chapter is almost complete and I just want to give Debra West and her team the biggest hug.
