We contacted Debra to help us navigate the Wichita Falls area and buy a house within our budget. Within 24 hours of our first meeting we were under contract and she has handled everything for us virtually since we are so far away. Highly recommend her and her team for a stress free experience.

Debra and her team are all in on helping me with my commercial property. From market surveys to drawing up leases, to strategizing when to buy/sell, and tying up every detail, they take the headaches out of property ownership. They are concerned with my priorities, not just with making a sale. Debra talks me through different options and helps me see the big picture, as well as keeping me informed on the progress of every transaction. She is current on trends in the industry, and has great insight for knowing when to take advantage of opportunities. I highly recommend Debra and her team!
Having done business w/Debra West selling my houses twice, she is highly professional, motivated, extremely knowledgeable about EVERY aspect of the business. She is organized, attentive to the smallest details, and returns phone calls, text messages, and emails very promptly. Her team stream lines and navigates the business of selling real estate all the while w/sincerity and dignity.I admire and respect her level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm she brings to her work. Thank you.
Debra and her team made selling our first house worry and hassle free. They are friendly and were always available when we needed them. If we ever had to buy or sell a home again here in Wichita Falls, we would definitely call Debra and her team.
Saw alot of homes and was getting discourage. Debra's team came to my rescue; quick trip to see one place; I'm now living in it. They were all hands on deck, thank you.
Mady Keeth was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't know an answer to my questions she consulted multiple sources and had an answer ASAP! Mady found houses for us to look at with our must haves and wants in mind as well as our budget. She was friendly and a hard worker. The only negative I ran into was the man who did our orientation is a fellow veteran who was extremly condescending and if it wasn't for Mady I would have given up and stayed in the bad situation I was in. I will and have recommended Re-Max as well as Mady!
The Debra West Team made my home buying experience stress free. I mainly dealt with Jason Sypula and he truly made a difference. We were out-of-state buyers and Jason provided HD quality walkthrough videos, along with his thoughts on the houses. It allowed us to feel as though being out-of-state was not hindering us. The team ensured we were taken care of before, during, and after the buying process. I would 100% recommend this team to any home buyer or seller!
Jason Sypula was the most kind thoughtful and attentive real estate broker. He takes a personal approach to his work and keeps his client first. I highly recommend him.
