The Rider Realty Group provided us top-notch service during the most complicated time! We needed to find a “house in a hurry” during the 2020 pandemic. Debbie took the time to learn about us, our family, and our commutes. She spent an entire weekend showing my husband properties we had found, as well as places she believed we would love. In the end, we chose the area she had suggested for us! Debbie knew that I would not be able to come view the property we chose, so she sent me videos and pictures of things I could not see online! Without us asking, she visited our house several times and gave us a report on the status. She has offered us referrals for services we will need in our new area. Debbie was available for calls and texts any time we had questions regarding the inspection, counter offer, loan and closing processes. When we arrived, after a long ride with cats, kids and Uhaul trucks, she appeared with pizza, drinks, and the most adorable gift to welcome us to the south!
