My wife and I bought a house through Debra, and although my wife did most of the talking, Debra made sure to connect with both of us and she helped us understand every part of the process, which was pretty important for a first time home buyer. We talked to another realtor but we decided that Debra would be our person because she gave us her honest advice and was so easy to approach and was quick to respond to our needs.

Debra is absolutely amazing! From the very first time I reached out to her just thinking about looking for a house she loaded me with so much information. She helped me with everything step by step! She had me out looking for home 2 days later!! She took her time with me and was very patient from start to finish. When I found my dream home she was so on top of communication with the sellers agent I got a great deal because of her knowledge and great negotiation skills!! I couldn’t be anymore happy with the home buying process. She made this process so smooth I couldn’t have done it with out her!!

This was my wife and I first homebuying experience. We have been married for four years and my wife and I are expecting our first child this year. She explained to us I would never sell a house to sell a house.. she looks out for her clients from the condition of the home, the neighborhood ( growth of community and safety ), and to make sure it was a great investment for our future. She broke it down to make it our first homebuying process a breeze. We looked at a house and thought with the money we were qualified for.. there was no way we could ever buy it. Deborah told us “don’t worry... If this is the house you love... I will make it happen”. I couldn’t believe it... 24 hours didn’t go by and she got my dream house for my family. She will fight for you and get you exactly what you want. I couldn’t believe it… A beautiful remodeled house for an amazing price! ( not to mention walking in with a great amount of equity! ). So I want to say this to you Debra… Thank you for everything you have done for my wife and I, thank you for making one of my dreams come true. We consider you family and you will be my lifelong realtor!

Very commited and passionate about her job. She negotiated really hard in our behalf to get the best offer for our home. Our home was sold for $6K more than the asking price. She was very responsive most of the time and some times follow up emails were necessary.
