Debra stayed the course for me, helping me make the transition from homeownership to owning a condo, a not insignificant task! She was tireless in responding to my requests for showings and was able to get me into homes within 24 hours or less of my request. She listened to my ideas about homes viewed and helped me sort out my priorities with respect to each home viewed. In this turbulent time of competition for real estate and because I had sold my home quickly, I was ready to throw in the towel with the pressures and just settle for the next best thing. Debra reminded me of my priorities in a manner that was gentle and clarifying. I was living out of town for a period of time that Debra was acting as my agent. I was interested in a listing and she offered to do a run through via Facetime that saved me a trip back into town to see a listing that was definitely not for me. I am now in a condo that "ticks" all the boxes in terms of my priorities and am very happy to be living here. This is the fifth house that I have purchased and it was not till this one did I truly understand all the documents of the purchase agreement. Debra walked through each one, explained and answered my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend Debra for her careful and thoughtful approach to real estate but especially for her patience!
