Debbi helped my husband and I get our first home. We had a very strict timeframe in which it had to happen due to lease ending on our apartment and she made it happen. I also want to mention that we used a VA loan and generally VA loans take 2-3 months to close escrow but she did it in 1 month!!!! She worked hard from the start with negotiating with the seller and giving us tips on what would help us be the most competitive in a tough housing market. There was very little inventory, we had very little $$ to work with, and a short period of time to make things happen. She was very fast at processing all appropriate documents, she answered all our questions we had including offering reassurance that all would be ok when we needed it the most(lets face it buying a house can be a bit scary your first time). She worked long distance and made sure to drive up and be present during the home inspection and when delivering the keys to us. She is an honest, authentic person who only wants the best for her clients and understands their needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She will get you the right house! We will definitely be returning to her when we buy our next home.
