Deb is on top of the housing market constantly. She has great knowledge and experience. I would recommend her highly for selling a house or property in the Lake Tahoe area. She was great to work with and never panicked even when the fire almost made selling the house a mute point.

I could write a long review, but I'll say this instead: based on my own experience, I'd say Deb has built a very successful business over many years by providing competent, level-headed and energetic support for her clientele. She always offered me good insight based on her long experience in Tahoe area real estate. Without her support, I doubt I would have come anywhere near concluding my transaction as successfully as I did. Also, in my case, I was selling a family vacation home that my dad built around 1970. That meant it took seven or eight months to get the rest of my family to agree to let the house go. During those months I spoke with Deb four or five times for at least thirty minutes each time, getting an interesting and detailed primer on the Tahoe market. She gave so generously of her time, with no pressure at all, and without knowing whether or not we would even sell the property! I would do business again with Deb without hesitation.
Deb and her team were excellent throughout the entire process of selling my house. I highly recommend them!
