Debra Garrett listed and sold our home in Gulf Gate in just 11 days! This was after I had the listed for sale by owner for over 60 days. We were impressed with her professionalsim and knowledge of the community and obviously the speed in which everything she promised us was brought to fruition! AND, our home sold for $20,000 more than the price I had tried to sell it by owner, so our net was unaffected! Great job, very professional and would and have reccommend her to others!
