I have to say my experience selling my house with Debra Eig was amazing - as I knew it would be. I bought my house from her several years ago and that was a perfect experience. In selling the house she did everything right. We came to an agreement on the listing price based on many factors and not only the comparable units that had sold. There is a lot to pricing a unit right and her knowledge as an appraiser came into play as well. She staged the unit with just enough to give it a welcoming feel. The one thing I can say about Debra in both listing and selling is she always made me feel like I was her only client. She always took the time to explain everything and make it clear even though she has many other clients. At least once a week on a planned day she would update me with info on showings and reactions from buyers so I would know what was going on. The house did sell quickly for a price that I was thrilled with. The closing went smoothly and all was good. One thing that I can say about her is her professionalism is stellar. She makes sure that everything that the buyer needs to do to buy the house is done so there are no surprises. There is no “oh we’ll get it later” with her. She makes sure all the ducks are in a row before even presenting the contract from the other agent so all will go well.
