She was the first person to call me back on a long list of realtors in the area for a showing on a house. I really wanted to get a bid in on a house I knew was not going to last and she sealed the deal. Came to the showing prepared with all the info I would need on the house, gave great suggestions for local inspectors and got me into the house I wanted for the price I was looking for PLUS was able to work out a deal to get me the furniture that was in the house as well. She is friendly, prompt at returning calls, good at getting the ball rolling very quickly and all around awesome to do business with.
