She worked hard to find out the best scenario for the sale, and found the right buyer. She got the asking price and moved the sale through the steps in a very professional and efficient manner. With her as the realtor, considering my emotional connection to the property, my experience was much less painful than I was expecting and I am very happy with the results.

Before choosing Deb Cahill as my agent, I had done my homework – looking into how many homes she was selling, had sold recently and how long she had been in business. Deb Cahill had been doing real estate in Bridgewater for over 30 years, which led me to assume she had repeat customers, and knew the area well. I was right.
