Deb was fantastic!! We were looking for a house and didn’t have any specific town. That sounds easy but actually makes it a little difficult to narrow down. She kept us updated with emails, texts and calls when a new listing came out. She even worked on Fourth of July with the sellers to get it done. I highly recommend Deb as a realtor. Debra took the time to go over the houses we liked online and helped us narrow the search down based on where they were located. This really helped out since we were moving from New York and knew nothing about Massachusetts besides what Boston has to offer. We were only able to come in for one weekend and needed to find a place knowing we were moving to MA in a month. The weekend we came in, it was snowing but that did not stop Debra with meeting up with us and showing us the houses we wanted to see. When looking at the houses, she gave us her opinion as well and looked out for us when it came to looking at a few places (what we would have to fix, what the house really is worth, etc). We found the house we liked and Debra put us in contact with a great lending service as well.
