Deb was great to work with! She was responsive, especially in the beginning when we needed questions answered. She always made time for us to show us homes, and was patient with us while we tried to find our perfect home.

Deb was referred to me by a friend, who had had a great experience with her as a first time home buyer. I too was buying a home for the first time, and I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. Even from the first time I spoke to her, she was very helpful and informative, answering any questions I had (even good and bad ones!). She allowed me to move at my own pace throughout the home buying process, she did not pressure me to do anything and did a great job pointing out when a deal was good for me and when it wasn't. At the showings, Deb noticed even the most minute details, and made sure to point them out. She explained clearly why certain things would be risky to have to fix as a first time buyer, and what things could easily taken care of. When it came time to negotiate on the house I finally picked, Deb really shined. Things were difficult at first with the other realtor, but Deb went out of her way and showed her dedication to getting the job done because she knew I liked the house. She took a situation that most realtors would have probably walked away from, and put in the time to make sure everything was fair for me. We ended up with a great deal as well. I could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience, and I owe that and my new home to Deb.

The first few realtors that I worked with within Real Living were not helpful and made me feel more like a burden; one in particular was often late and didn't know how to use the Bluetooth lock box. Debra Byrnes was always professional and always made me feel like helping me was her number one priority. She did an amazing job and I think all realtors should act with the same professionalism and thoughtfulness that Debra has shown me.

Debra Byrnes is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas of things to lookout for when purchasing a home and looked for those with each and every home we looked at. Did not fail once. We especially appreciated her use of her flashlight to look at every little thing, things she learned from attending every house inspection she can when she sells a house. She will be at our final walkthru and closing as well. She has a keen eye for what is hidden behind pictures one sees online. She showed us about 200 houses in the span of 6 weeks, many which she did not recommend we look at, but I requested. She knew after the 1st house we saw what we were looking for and made recommendations based on that knowledge and was spot on. We hated every one she did not recommend. A big thing for us was that we were not sure of where we wanted to locate, so she showed us homes in about 10 different cities. She picked me up most days during those 6 weeks since I did not have a car, and provided the listing pages and disclosures that sellers made available to her. I am not an easy person to please, but she has done that. She rearranged her schedule often so that we did not to miss out on promising listings since we were in a hurry to find a house and wouldn't settle for just anything. It was extremely difficult to find a home in our price range, that met our needs, but she did. We will be forever grateful. We are so trustful of her recommendations that we used her inspector and attorney recommendations.

I would absolutely recommend Deb to anyone! As a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect or what to truly look for when buying a home. Deb took the time to show us many houses, she was extremely detail oriented and knew exactly what to look for. Deb was able to point out things that we would have never thought of, she was always punctual, very honest about the houses be it good or bad, and always available to help answer any questions I had. Deb truly listened to what I wanted/needed in a home and was able to full fill that while making this process as smooth as possible. If I ever need to work with a realtor again in the future I am calling Deb without a doubt!

Debbie was amazing to work with from start to finish in our home buying process! She knew our likes & dislikes of what we had on our "wish list" and would even point things out in the houses that we looked at with her that we had forgotten about or didn't even think to consider at the time. The whole house buying process can be very overwhelming to say the least, but she made us feel comfortable each & every part of the process we had to encounter, even when we came across a hiccup or 2 along the way. She was very detailed the entire time, and kept us updated during each step; no matter how big or small the info was. She was also wonderful about explaining things in a way that was easy to understand as well, which was very helpful for us to know why things had to be done a certain way, specific steps had to be taken or why someone was needing another item fromus. Her knowledge alone was great to have, which put us both at ease. Debbie was very personable & very approachable no matter what we threw at her. It made us appreciate her & the job that she did for us even more. I'm sure there's much more of "behind the scenes" items that she has to do that we aren't even aware of. And for that I'm grateful for her working her magic each & every step we took with her! She kept in touch with all of the different people throughout our house buying journey: the seller's agent, lawyers, mortgage lender, etc. You name it, she was on top of it. Deb goes over the top to provide the best experience for buyers and sellers. She is always on time, schedules visits to prospective homes on a perfect time schedule allowing just enough time for visits and distance. She is wonderful.
