Debra was great working with. Debra was always professional, pleasant, and honest. The home inspector was unable to get up into the attic to do the inspection because of all the disgusting clothes and wet debris so Debra said that it was going to be inspected because this was one thing my husband wanted done and so Debra emptied the closet and the home inspector was able to inspect. Debra went above and beyond what we would have expected. Debra always kept us updated with how the progress was coming along on the sellers side for example: when the septic would be inspected, boiler cleaned, etc. We were never wondering what was going on and if everything was in order. She was available day or night if we had questions.
