We ended up with multiple offers over our asking price within the first day of listing! She even continued after the sale to follow up and assist in my next home.

Even when out of the office, due to a death in the family, she checked in with us and let us know we were still on track for our closing. I absolutely cannot recommend Debra Anderson enough. She has already been working with my family for all their real estate needs for several years. When my husband and I had our first child, it was time to move from the city to a place with more space and property. Initially we had planned to use Debra only for the home purchase, but we quickly came to trust her experience and knowledge of the process and had a great connection with her on a personal level. So, we ended up having Debra handle both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. It was all a bit tricky since we placed the offer on the home we were buying while I was traveling internationally and before we had even listed our condo in the city. Then we ended up with a difficult buyer but Debra managed the relationships between parties from both the seller and the buyer masterfully. Although it was a bit nerve-racking at times, Debra was always the calming presence in the equation. She went out of her way to gather facts and data to back up every decision and we knew we were on the right track. She’s always pleasant and professional and probably the most honest person in the business. It’s great to see there are people out there that can maintain their integrity and still be successful. We definitely plan to use Debra again in the future and refer her to anyone that asks.
