Deb returned our calls promptly and was very professional. She also held numerous (every 2 weeks) open houses for our property and gave us feedback each time on what the potential buyers were saying. She got us an excellent quote for termite treatment that saved us over $700 over the inspector's bid. She also negotiated a great price for carpet cleaning. However, I do think we understood the value of our property in our section of Colonial Estates better than she did.
