Having Mrs wass was such a huge blessing to my wife and I. She was knowledgeable on homes and the market, which gave my wife and I peace of mind. She did countless virtual tours because we lived over an hour away from the areas we were interested in. She went out of her way to make sure ALL of our wants and needs were met. I was blown away by her knowledge of home construction and maintenance. Im a carpenter by trade and I could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about. Deborah Wass was fairly knowledgable about the market, communicated quickly, and was professional. However, as a first time home-buyer, there were some things that I had to figure out on my own. She would of course answer any questions I had, but as a first time buyer sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask! You don't know what you don't know in a sense. I think she would really benefit by getting ahead of the curve with first time home-buyers and being as educational as she can possibly be. I also would have appreciated her honest opinion a bit more - sometimes it felt like she was telling me what I wanted to hear. Otherwise she was very pleasant to work with and will no doubt continue to be successful as a realtor.
