As a new home buyer I was nervous about finding an experienced and understanding agent that could facilitate my going through all the complex real estate issues that I'm unfamiliar with until I met Deb. While moving to my new property I misplaced all my closing documents including the ones that I needed to file with the county assessor within 45 days of closing. I sent an email to Deb's office and they sent me all the duplicates within hours.
