Deborah Wass was fairly knowledgable about the market, communicated quickly, and was professional. However, as a first time home-buyer, there were some things that I had to figure out on my own. She would of course answer any questions I had, but as a first time buyer sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask! You don't know what you don't know in a sense. I think she would really benefit by getting ahead of the curve with first time home-buyers and being as educational as she can possibly be. I also would have appreciated her honest opinion a bit more - sometimes it felt like she was telling me what I wanted to hear. Otherwise she was very pleasant to work with and will no doubt continue to be successful as a realtor.
