Deb is an awesome and very knowledgeable realtor! For one, she got our house under contract within a week of putting it up for sale! And she was able to get us more then we thought we would ever get for it! In addition, she helped us find our forever home. The settlement of selling my home was I nightmare because of my nit picky buyer. I would have never sold it if it wasn’t for Deb. She is reliable, available and knows her stuff. She found the perfect house to buy as well. I will use her again when I retire and down size. I highly recommend her.

Deb did a great job for us! She gave us great advice for making our old house more marketable and it worked. She got us a great price for old house. She was very patient with what we were looking for in a new house and found us a beauty. She schooled us in what to expect and what to accept from sellers who were not as well educated or prepared by their Agents. There were plenty of those as well as not so reputable Agents.
