I sold my home during the COVID Pandemic and was unable to vacate my tenant. We struggled to get him to allow Deb into the home to take pictures and he refused all showing appointments. He expressed interest in purchasing the home and Deb worked with him to obtain a mortgage pre-approval. He was extremely difficult to work with throughout the entire process and, although it took a month longer to close than originally scheduled, Deb went over and above to make this closing happen while always staying pleasant.
