We recently purchased a home with 2+ acres in this ‘crazy’ market. We started our plans asking Debi to meet with us and discuss what we were looking for in a second home. It was an uphill battle finding a property that met our needs, but Debi was always there to answer our questions and make extra inquiries when we asked. At times, she even saved us from making offers in properties that were overpriced and sent us comps every time. Debi is flexible, which was great giving our crazy schedules. She went ahead and represented our best interests at every turn. She was professional and personable with everyone. I believe that these are strengths a realtor must posses giving the market and everyone involved. Moreover, Debi is responsible and that is paramount in a real estate transaction, because you don’t need someone who bails out on you. While most of agents are aggressive to sell, she has never pushed us, but she always give us advices. After this purchase, we maintain good relationship with her. Whenever she has good properties, based on our taste, she always contacts and let us know. She advised us when it is good time to purchase and sell if needed. Debbie is a person to be trusted.
