Without Debi, the selling of our unit in Orlando while we actually live in Australia, would've been a nightmare, but she made it seem effortless. Through no fault of our own or Debi's, there were some issues along the way, including organising some repair work before the sale. My wife and I were looking for a Vacation home in the Orlando area. As we always do, we do our research before we dive into anything. So we looked around for recommended Realtors in that area. We always look for reviews because, people love to complain about anything. So reviews are the best place to start. We narrowed the search to 3 realtors to contact. I sent an email to all three. One had their lacky respond to me, one never responded, and one responded right away and set up a call to meet and greet that evening. That was Debi Roldan. After that Debi got to work. My wife and I scheduled a trip to fly down in March to see as many properties as we can so we can get a better idea of what we wanted and did not want.
