Debby did such a good job guiding us through selling my uncle's house after he passed away. She was clear in describing what we needed to do -- and what not. She knew what features to highlight, e.g., the community allows pets. She knew that would be a USP. Also because we were all coming in from out of state, she was concerned that it go smoothly and that once we cleaned out the house, we didn't need to make unnecessary and costly trips back and forth to Florida. The house sold quickly - I think because of Debby's experience it was priced right and she handled the rest doing the closing by mail with the least amount of hassle. At a moment that was traumatic having just lost my uncle, she gave us the support we needed.
