Gary and Deborah provided service for us that was truly amazing. We bought a condo in Florida while living in Pennsylvania. Gary visited a few apartments and sent us photos and videos. Once we decided on one and we got an accepted offer thanks to Gary’s advice, the Meltzers provided us with some home inspectors to call. Then Gary went with the home inspector for the inspection. The Meltzers checked that our HOA application had everything filled out correctly and personally delivered it to their office. Their phone calls and emails on the progress of our status was very reassuring. We have bought and sold many properties but never felt so well taken care of by Deborah and Gary. We highly recommend them!
