Recently used Deb for the second time! She helped me buy my house back in March 2022. She now just helped me sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about Deb. She makes you feel like family, she even dropped me a pie for Thanksgiving months after I bought the first time to show her appreciation. Decided very quickly to sell. She listed it quickly with very professional photos. She got me asking price after a low ball offer and provided great comps within the first hour of me asking her about selling. She had my house listed and under contract within 9 days. She made it extremely seamless for me. She went above and beyond to help and make herself available for me when we needed quick turnarounds. She helped me find a lawyer, contractor to fix things, etc. She helped with the final negotiation and helped streamline everything to close within 30 days. As a younger person, this was my first time doing this and she provides everything you need and takes the time to educate and guide you while making you feel comfortable. I can honestly say you will not find better service than Deb and I will be using her for all of my realty purchases moving forward! She's extremely skilled and great at what she does.
