Recently used Deb for the second time! She helped me buy my house back in March 2022. She now just helped me sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about Deb. She makes you feel like family, she even dropped me a pie for Thanksgiving months after I bought the first time to show her appreciation. Decided very quickly to sell. She listed it quickly with very professional photos. She got me asking price after a low ball offer and provided great comps within the first hour of me asking her about selling. She had my house listed and under contract within 9 days. She made it extremely seamless for me. She went above and beyond to help and make herself available for me when we needed quick turnarounds. She helped me find a lawyer, contractor to fix things, etc. She helped with the final negotiation and helped streamline everything to close within 30 days. As a younger person, this was my first time doing this and she provides everything you need and takes the time to educate and guide you while making you feel comfortable. I can honestly say you will not find better service than Deb and I will be using her for all of my realty purchases moving forward! She's extremely skilled and great at what she does. Deborah helped me with my first home purchase in Manalapan, New Jersey.
