Debra is easy to work with not pushy or demanding, lets you decide what you want. We looked at a number of houses, that missed on or did not work out, Then we found one we really wanted and when we tried to buy had a very difficult time with a Fannie Mae owned home purchase, the seller was very hard to work with, seldom got a timely response or straight answer from them. Took over 3 months to close but Debra kept on them to get this deal done, don't think we would have been able to pull this deal off without her assistance, she worked her tail off on this deal.
