I could not say it better than I did in the first above. So that that, and then add this: Later in the process, when I had an accepted offer on the house, there was heavy rain that revealed a roof leak after I had returned to NC. She visited the house several times in order to check on the problem and after she had negotiated with the sellers to repair it, to check on progress with that and whether the leak had really been fixed by visiting during yet another heavy rainstorm. I felt she really showed her helpfulness and values in this experience.
