We came in contact with Debbie through Zillow. we were first-time homebuyers so we were clueless on how the buying process worked. She listened to us and all our concerns and was able to ease our anxiety about buying. She put us in contact with a wonderful loan officer. Debbie gave us a app that let us explore potential properties. We looked through the properties after the loan officer Shelly gave us an estimate on our loan approval. Debbie was so sweet at letting us look at all the properties we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable of the areas and the different listings. When we found the property we wanted to put an offer on she made sure to make it so that our offer would be accepted. During the whole escrow process she was there to answer our questions at all times of the day. She also gave us some boxes to move with. any concerns we had with our future home she would communicate with the seller and get things done. She is such a kind soul. Working hard even when she has people in need that she takes care of at home. After we closed she even gift us with a Ring doorbell and Echo! Best experience ever.
